Owner's Representation

We represent the owner's technical interests across the full project lifecycle. Acting as an extension of your team, we review contractor and vendor submittals, manage RFIs, and verify that what gets built matches what was engineered.

A core part of our work is third-party and independent engineering review of design packages produced by other firms. We validate drawings, calculations, energy models, and structural details before and during construction, so issues are caught on paper instead of in the field.

The result is fewer change orders, cleaner inspections, and a finished project that performs the way it was designed to.
